TRICONEX 3623T Digital Output Module High-Precision

TRICONEX 3623T digital output module is a supervised digital output module (SDO). Its main features and functions are as follows:

Module type and specification:

TRICONEX 3623T module is a supervised digital output module, which supports 16-point or 32-point output.

Its nominal voltage is 24V DC, but it can also support 120V DC and 240V DC.

The module has a fully fault-tolerant four-fold output switch voting mechanism to ensure the reliable transmission of signals.

Fault coverage and diagnosis function:

Each module is equipped with voltage and current loop circuits and complex online diagnosis function, which can verify the existence of each output switch, field circuit and load.

Provide complete fault coverage, including the detection of on-site problems such as power failure, fuse burning, load loss or short circuit.

Hot standby function:

Support for hot standby modules, allowing online replacement of failed modules, thus reducing system downtime.

External Terminal Panel (ETP) requirements:

Each module needs a separate external terminal panel (ETP) and is connected to the Tricon backplane through cables.

Applicable scenarios and restrictions:

It is suitable for control programs that need to remain in a single state for a long time, such as key control programs.

It is not recommended to use in the following situations: the field wiring length exceeds 328 feet (100 meters), untwisted cable, intelligent equipment, flashlights or alarms and other atypical loads.

Point isolation and power load:

TRICONEX 3623T module has point isolation capability of 2500 VDC.

The current rating of each output point is 4A, and the maximum power load is 150W.

Installation and compatibility:

Before installation, it is recommended to carry out compatibility testing, especially when field wiring length exceeding 328 feet or atypical load is used.
