With its inherent flexibility, Ovation I/O module converts input signals and generates output signals to perform various functions.

Ovation I/O architecture base Ovation package reduces the floor space of the system by using the basic unit connected to the installation board through DIN guide rail. These have four independent Ovation I/O modules of any style. This method simplifies maintenance because it is easy to install, move or replace a single basic unit. The I/O base has no interconnection cable, built-in spare fuse holder and the high-impact plastic shell protection backboard of the bar gauge basic unit in the base, only the connector of the exposed module has been removed. I/O module of input and output module includes an electronic module and a personality module or cavity plug-in. The input and output module converts the field signal into data and sends it to the controller. The types of electronic modules include digital and analog input and output modules, contact inputs, RTD inputs, pulse accumulators/counters, HART input and output modules, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, DeviceNet, Ethernet and serial link controller modules. The standard Ovation system configuration allows up to 128 local I/O module configurations.

I/O capability of controller Ovation controller supports a variety of I/O functions in various combinations, including: hardware I/O interface Q-Line I/O of Ovation I/O plus software I/O in the form of analog I/O. Virtual I/O usually communicates through OEM models and systems. Ovation I/O can be realized locally in the controller and remotely from the controller.
