The 805405-1 device is a SF3000 panel-mounted single-phase field power module manufactured by Reliance Electric.The 805405-1 field power supply module aims to provide DC motors in AutoMax series with adjustable voltage and current excitation process. Therefore, the 805405-1 field power supply module is used together with the three-phase armature power supply module, both of which are connected to the same PMI rack. The SCR bridge of 805405-1 field power supply module is designed to operate with AutoMax programming execution software. The rated output current of the 805405-1 field power supply module is 15 amps, and the AC input voltage ranges from 120 to 460 VAC, using an irreversible bridge. In addition, the 805405-1 field power module has an electrically isolated power box with its own dv/dt protection and internal AC line fuse. There is also a self-ignition clamp circuit to prevent induced voltage shock caused by current interruption. The rectifier of 805405-1 field power supply module consists of a total of four SCR's, all of which are configured for full-wave bridge. The isolation transformer is an optional component of this module.
