ABB IEMMU01 module mounting unit (Rear Mounting) is a module mounting unit for INFI 90 system, which has 12 module slots. This unit provides the physical installation location of the module, and supports the connection and signal transmission between the power supply and the process control module.

The IEMMU01 module installation unit is usually installed in a standard Elsag Bailey 483 (19 inches) cabinet, and its structure includes a metal card chassis and a printed circuit board backplane assembly. This design allows air to flow freely between modules, thus improving heat dissipation efficiency. In addition, the unit can be fixed to the side rail of the cabinet by four 10-32 snap nuts and four 10-32×0.5 inch screws.

IEMMU01 module installation unit can be used as a substitute for IEPMU01 power supply installation unit. IEPMU01 is mainly used to handle large current, and it is also a post-installation. Although IEMMU01 and IEPMU01 have similar functions, IEPMU01 is more focused on the installation and connection of power supply modules.

IEMMU01 module installation unit is a flexible and powerful device, which is suitable for module installation and connection requirements in INFI 90 system.
