ABB IEMMU22 module installation unit is a kind of equipment used to install standard INFI 90 OPEN system module and BRC-100 Harmony Bridge controller module in Symphony™ enterprise management and control system. The module installation unit can be installed from the front or the rear, and whether it has the main power distribution function or not can be selected.

Specifically, the IEMMU22 module mounting unit is suitable for use in configurations that need to mount the chassis from the front, and does not have the main power distribution function.

This module installation unit is usually used to physically install up to 12 system modules, and provides electrical distribution of I/O expansion bus, module bus and Controlway signals, as well as regulated power supply voltages of +5V, +15V and -15V.

The design of IEMMU22 module mounting unit allows quick and easy installation and removal of modules, and the modules are held in position by card rails, backplane connectors and fixed latches on the front panel of the modules.

In addition, the unit consists of a metal card case and a printed circuit board backplane assembly, and the backplane contains electronic components, sockets, connectors and jumpers.
