TRICONEX D06603 is a high integrity fault-tolerant control module, which is specially designed for key industrial safety systems and belongs to the core component of TRICONEX Safety Instrumentation System (SIS). The module adopts triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture, which is widely used in safety interlock and emergency shutdown system (ESD) in high-risk industries such as petrochemical, electric power and natural gas.

Three independent processors are used to run in parallel, and fault tolerance is realized through 2oo3 (two out of three) voting mechanism, ensuring system security and availability (SIL3 level certification).
A single point of failure will not lead to system failure, and the MTBF (mean time between failures) exceeds 500,000 hours.
High reliability design
Industrial-grade hardware design, supporting wide temperature working environment from-40 C to+70 C, and anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) conforming to IEC 61000 standard.
Support online hot plug maintenance, modular structure for quick replacement, reduce downtime.
Flexible system integration
Compatible with TRICONEX Tricon CX series controllers, supporting multiple communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.).
