All drives of DIRECTO-MATIC 2000 series have this card installed in their drive cabinets. The board provides a series of functions, such as devices, motors and I/O control functions. This drive control and LAN communication board has four microprocessors to filter card signals. Digital and analog I/O sent to the board are received and filtered by the onboard drive control processor (DCP). Filter the local area network system supplied to the inverter through the onboard local area network control processor (LCP). The other two processors, namely motor control processor (MCP) and cooperative motor processor (CMP), work together. MCP provides initial processing space for digital I/O communication. If the calculation required for the signal exceeds the space capacity provided by MCP, CMP will supplement the processing capacity. The board is equipped with an attachable alphanumeric keyboard. Products purchased through AX Control will be transported in antistatic plastic bags. Only after reviewing all installation parameters provided by the manufacturer can the circuit board be removed.
