Shields are connected to shield bars on individual I/O modules via wires. Ground straps connect the shield and control common termination bars to a single ground bar at the bottom of the right side wall, directly below the shield termination bar. This bar is bolted to the metal easel, and its ground lug must be connected to the plant ground grid using a cable no larger than #4 AWG.
