GSI127 is a high-performance signal isolation unit in the Vibro-Meter® product line of Meggitt Company. It is specially designed for industrial applications and has many key functions and advantages.

Main features and advantages:

Electrical isolation performance:

Electrical isolation of 4 kVRMS is provided between the sensor side and the monitoring side to ensure the safety and reliability of signal transmission.

50 VRMS electrical isolation (floating output) is provided between the power supply and the output signal, which further enhances the anti-interference ability of the system.

Signal conversion function:

It supports the conversion from microampere current signal to millivolt voltage signal, and is suitable for long-distance current signal transmission.

It provides voltage-to-voltage (V-to-V) signal conversion function, which is suitable for short-distance voltage signal transmission.

High anti-interference ability:

High resistance to frame voltage interference can effectively reduce noise interference in the measurement chain.

Flexible configuration:

Compatible with various sensors and signal regulators, such as accelerometers, dynamic pressure sensors, current output accelerometers, etc.

Provide detachable screw terminal connector and DIN rail mounting adapter for easy installation and maintenance.

Industrial design:

Explosion-proof certification (Ex certification), suitable for potentially explosive environment (dangerous area).

The protection grade is IP67, which can run stably in harsh industrial environment for a long time.
