Single Cable Connection to VAOC Rack: A single cable with a 37-pin D-type connector serves as the interface between the board and the VAOC rack. Expandability with Multiple Boards: The VAOC rack supports the connection of up to two boards simultaneously, enabling the expansion of analog output channels to a total of 16. Compatibility and Exclusivity: Designed exclusively for use with the VAOC I/O board, ensuring seamless compatibility and optimized performance. This exclusivity simplifies system design and integration processes, eliminating potential compatibility issues and ensuring reliable operation. Integrated Circuits and Noise Suppression: The DTAO board incorporates on-board circuits and noise suppression mechanisms identical to those found on the larger TBAO terminal board. This ensures consistent signal quality and reliability, even in noisy industrial environments, enhancing the accuracy and stability of analog output signals. On-Board ID Chip for Diagnostic Purposes: An on-board ID chip is integrated into the board, facilitating identification and communication with the VAOC for system diagnostic purposes. Use the provided screws to establish a secure ground connection. It's essential to keep the ground connection as short as possible to minimize the risk of signal interference and ensure proper grounding. Terminal Block Configuration: The Euro-block type terminal block on the board features 36 terminals, providing ample connectivity options. Ensure that wires are securely connected to the terminal block and properly terminated to prevent loose connections or signal degradation. Final Checks: Before finalizing the installation, perform thorough checks to ensure all connections are secure and properly terminated. Verify the integrity of the wiring, ground connections, and mounting hardware to prevent potential issues during operation. Documentation and Maintenance: Document the installation process and keep detailed records for future reference.
