IS200TGENH1A Mark VI series terminal board generator monitor
PartNo. IS200TGEH1A Manufacturer General Electric Company's manufacturing country conforms to the manufacturing policy of General Electric Company. Spot supply of Mark VI function module IS200TGEH1A is the Mark VI series terminal board generator monitor developed by General Electric Company.
The terminal board of the generator monitor (TGEN) communicates with the VGEN processor to monitor the three-phase voltage and current of the generator and calculate the three-phase power and power factor. VGEN provides PLU and EVA functions for large steam turbine applications by using the fast-acting solenoid on TRLY terminal board. TGEN in Mark VI system cooperates with VGEN processor to support simplex and TMR applications. A cable connects a TGEN to a VGEN. In TMR system, TGEN is connected to three VGEN boards through three different wires.
The two-phase and three-phase PT inputs of IS200TGA Operation TGEN and the CT inputs of three-phase and single-phase current transformers are monitored by VGEN. Four analog inputs can be adjusted to 4-20 mA or 5,10,20 V DC using jumpers. Check the phase of the input signal using test points on the voltage and current of the generator and bus. VGEN converts signals and calculates power, power factor and frequency. In order to verify the phase on site, test points are provided for all PT and CT inputs.
Three single-phase CT inputs are provided, and the continuous normal current range is 0 to 5 a. TGEN's current transformer is magnetically isolated. The CT terminal is a non-pluggable wiring board with tethered lugs, which can accept wires up to #10 AWG. Four analog inputs can accept 4-20 mA or 5-10 V DC signals. All four circuits have a +24 V DC power supply, and each circuit has its own current limit.
The 4-20 mA sensor can be connected to the +24 V DC power supply controlled by the turbine or used as a self-powered power supply. The installation junction box 1 is equipped with analog current and voltage transformer (PT) inputs. Current transformers (CT) are connected to special terminal boards TB2, TB3 and TB4 which cannot be disassembled. This can prevent the CT circuit from opening. J1A and J1B set the required input current or voltage on analog input 1, and input it to two three-phase generators, VGEN and TGEN, and three single-phase generators, CT, four analog input generators and bus voltage of 115 V RMS.
The nominal frequency is 50/60 Hz. Magnetic isolation is up to 500 V RMS (load is less than 3 VA). The input load of each circuit is less than 3 VA. The normal current range of generator input is 0 to 5 A, and the out-of-range is up to 10 A.. The nominal frequency is 50/60 Hz, and the target frequency range is 45 to 66 Hz. The magnetic isolation up to 500 V RMS is less than 0.5 input loads per circuit Physical characteristics Weight: 4.00 lbs Size: 15.00 x 9.00 x 3.00 Diagnostic check the high/low (hardware) limit of the input signal and the high/low system (software) limit. The software limit check can be changed in the field.
The voltage input has the function of open circuit detection, and the relay driver and coil current are monitored. Connectors JR1, JS1 and JT1 of the terminal board all have their own ID devices, which are queried by the I/O board. ID device is a read-only chip, which contains serial number, circuit board type, version number and plug position of terminal board. Configuration jumper is used to configure the terminal board. Available jumpers are as follows: Jumper J1AJ4A selects current or voltage input. Jumper J4B determines whether the loop is connected to common ground or remains open.
