Four terminal boards take discrete inputs, and the board controls relay outputs. The board is intended to be installed in a VME I/O rack. The front faceplate of the board is made up of LED components and various connecting components. These parts are clearly indicated. Two DC power supply, TP test points, resistors, capacitors, diodes, and over thirty transistors are all on the board's surface. There are various connectors on the board as well, including two backplane connectors and six vertical pin connectors. A daughterboard in the board's upper right corner is connected to one of these vertical pin connectors. The pin connection and four screw connections screwed into standoffs keep the board in place. A third backplane is added to the board via this daughterboard. IS200VCCCH1B can be used as a discrete input/output board. The board receives discrete inputs through four terminal boards and controls relay outputs. The board is designed to be installed in a VME I/O rack. The rack has two plugs (labeled as JBOY3 and J4) for connecting the terminal blocks TBCI and TRLY. IS200VCCCH1B is a double-slot board because it needs space to accommodate the daughter board of the board. If a single slot board is needed, it can be replaced by a VCRC board.

IS200VCCCH1B has a front panel consisting of LED components and several connector components. These components are labeled. The surface of the circuit board includes two DC power supplies, TP test points, resistors, capacitors, diodes and more than 30 transistors. The board also has multiple connectors, including two backplane connectors and several vertical pin connectors. One of these vertical pin connectors is connected to the daughter board located in the upper right corner of the board. The circuit board is fixed by pin connection and four screws screwed into the bracket. The daughter board adds a third backboard to the board. There are more than 60 integrated chips on IS200VCCCH1B, including FPGAs, CMOS static RAM and SRAM.
