The IS420UCSBH1A controller is the first of the UCSB controllers manufactured by General Electric as part of the Mark VIe Control Safety System Series.
This controller is similar to the UCSC controller and while it does not have the same hardware the software needed to operate this controller is nearly identical. According to the GEH-6725 Mark VIe and Mark VIeS, Controls Equipment HazLoc Instruction Guide the IS420UCSBH1A controller is labeled as a Mark VIe, LS2100e, and EX2100e controller. There is also a specific microprocessor used with this controller, the microprocessor installed in this device is the 600 MHz EP80579 Intel Processor. 

On page twenty-two of the GEH-6725 Instruction Guide, there is a small table that labels the electrical/power supply ratings needed to power the IS420UCSBH1A, the ratings are as follows, a minimum voltage of eighteen direct currents, with a maximum of thirty volts of direct current, the nominal power rating is twenty-four and twenty-eight volts of direct current.
