Installation and Maintenance

Installation: Ensure power to the PLC rack is completely off prior to inserting the module. Align the edge connector carefully into the system backplane and fasten securing screws.

Wiring Practice: Use shielded 3-wire or 4-wire cable runs for Pt100 sensors. Connect the shielding ground wire at a single point on the PLC cabinet side to prevent ground loops.

Maintenance: Periodically check terminal block screw tightness to prevent contact resistance changes from affecting temperature readings. Monitor channel LEDs for instant fault notification.
