The manufacturer, General Electric Company, manufactures the Mark VI/VIe functional modules that meet the national manufacturing series of General Electric Company. The off-the-shelf IS200ISBAH1A is an ISBus daughter board developed by General Electric Company. It is a part of EX2100 excitation system. It is a replacement board for the PCB connected to the application control layer module (ACLI). Excitation control system is a cutting-edge control solution provided by General Electric Company for new and modified steam, gas or hydropower generation. In order to ensure the delivery of real system solutions, GE's system engineering and control engineering work closely together to design hardware and software. EX2100, Mark VI, Mark VI Integrated Control System (ICS), LS2100 Static Starter and HMI are all seamlessly integrated. Product properties The mini-board includes two ISBus communication channels. ACLI ports are labeled INSYNC A and insync B. Each channel has two status LEDs, one green for online and one yellow for recording. When ACLI is online and receiving signals from the network, these indicators will light up. The board is located directly above the conversion board, which has a PC/104 and a connector port. There are 17 integrated circuits (including two larger processors), a PC/104 port, a connector port, three stab jumpers, a P1 pin connector, ten capacitors and thirty resistors. The PCB is separated by two plastic extenders at the bottom of the circuit board. The exciter line of system cabinet is installed in NEMA 1/IP20 independent indoor metal cabinet for ground installation. The operating temperature range of this equipment is 0C to 40C. Depending on the application, the current derating factor may be suitable for 50C. On the external surface, the standard cabinet color is ANSI-70 (light gray). The internal surface has been galvanized. EX2100 regulator system transports the module as an accessory package, which is used to transform the existing system. Precautions Electrostatic sensitive elements may appear on the printed circuit board. Therefore, we pack all replacement motherboards in anti-static bags. When handling the circuit board, please follow the following guidelines: put the circuit board in an antistatic bag or box. When handling circuit boards or circuit board components, please use grounding straps.
