Installation and Maintenance
Mounting: Designed for easy vertical mounting. As the most powerful unit in Frame 1B, ensure the mounting surface is rigid and can support its 13kg weight.
Cooling & Airflow: The unit uses intelligent, speed-controlled fans. Ensure a minimum of 100mm (4 inches) clearance above and below to prevent thermal tripping during high-load periods.
High-Speed Fusing: To protect the thyristor power bridge, always use ultra-rapid semiconductor fuses (aR type). Standard breakers are too slow for electronic fault protection.
Maintenance: Periodically check power terminal torque (especially armature and AC supply) as thermal cycling at 210A can cause connections to loosen over time. Inspect air intakes for dust accumulation every 6 months.
