Mechanical Installation

Hook the top lip of the DIN rail clip onto the top edge of the 35 mm DIN rail.

Push the bottom of the switch housing against the rail until the retaining spring locks with an audible click.

Initial IP Address Configuration

DIP Switch / Auto-Configuration: Out of the box, the device attempts to obtain an IP via DHCP/BootP.

Auto Configuration Adapter (ACA11 / ACA21): Inserting a pre-configured ACA module into the RJ11 serial interface automatically restores saved configurations.

Serial Terminal Setup: Connect a terminal cable to the V.24 interface (RJ11/RS232 connector) at 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity to manually set the initial IP address via CLI.
