Main memory: Standardly equipped with 128 MB DDR SDRAM, providing sufficient space for the operating system and application software to run smoothly.

SRAM and Remanent Data: Equipped with 512 kB of battery-buffered SRAM, of which 256 kB is specifically dedicated to reentrant variables (Remanent Variables) for the Automation Runtime.
